DCIPC and AmCham Successfully Ends 2-Day Online Roadshow

DCIPC and AmCham Successfully Ends 2-Day Online Roadshow. DARE-Davao Accelerating and Rebuilding the Economy, an Online Tourism and Investment Roadshow came to a successful conclusion today, April 23, with almost 100 American entrepreneurs and businesses in attendance in two days.

The event organized by the joint efforts of DCIPC and the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines- Mindanao Chapter was able to introduce Davao City’s tourism and investment opportunities to American companies in the Philippines and in the United States.

The second day was a roadshow specific for Agribusiness and BPO-industry was also attended by the Executive Director of AmCham Philippines, Mr. Ebb Hinchliffe, as well as the Chairman and CEO of Marsman Drysdale Group, Mr. George M. Drysdale who gave a comprehensive outlook on investing in Agribusiness in Davao City.

Mr. Hinchliffe and Mr. Drysdale both expressed commendation on the Dabawenyo workforce and reiterated that Davao City is indeed a good place to invest.
