Davao City Investment Promotion Center together with Mr. Antonio Peralta, Honorary Consul for Mindanao, and Mr. Fercy Cavan, Honorary Consulate Technical Assistant, welcomes Finland Ambassador His Excellency Juha Markus Pyykkö for the formal inauguration of the Honorary Consulate here in the city and courtesy call with City Mayor Sebastian Duterte.

The Finnish government opened its honorary consulates in Davao and Cebu, signaling Finland’s growing presence in the Philippines. The honorary consulate offices work towards even closer relations and further business opportunities also in climate change, renewable energy, circular economy, and smart city solutions.
