On April 13, 1983, the Koror State Constitution was ratified.
Gov. Yositaka Adachi signed an executive order on Sept. 24, 2009, stated that the Koror State has traditionally celebrates Constitution Day on Oct 21 of each year. He further stated that if Oct 21 falls on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, the Constitution Day holiday will be observed and celebrates on Monday. But if it falls on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, the Constitution Day holiday will be observed and celebrated on Friday.
The KSG Constitution Day celebration started on Oct. 21, 1983.
