Municipality of Liloan, Cebu

On October 2018, the Municipality of Liloan and the City of Davao signed the sister city agreement at the Panphilo Frasco Memorial Sports Complex. 

Mayor Sara Duterte of Davao and Mayor Christina Garcia-Frasco of Liloan initiated the forging of this pact. 

According to Mayor Sara, this agreement was necessary for the municipality to learn more about the fundamentals of industrial and economic development in their journey towards becoming a progressive city in the future.
