DCIPC’s New Officer-In-Charge

Davao City Investment Promotion Center (DCIPC) welcomes its new Officer-in-Charge, Ms. April Marie Dayap.

April Marie Dayap is a former City Councilor of the 2nd Congressional District of the City Government of Davao from 2010 to 2019. She chaired the Committees on Cooperative Development and People’s Participation; and Youth and Sports during her stint as a city councilor. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Holy Cross of Davao College and obtained her Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo de Davao University.

Ms. Dayap has long been supporting the city’s investment promotion activities by joining local and international investment roadshows and being actively involved in welcoming investors and supporting them to be development partners of the city.

Mr. Lemuel Ortonio, former Officer-in-Charge of DCIPC, shall now focus on setting policies and ensuring the welfare, efficiency, and enhancement of skills and competencies of City Government employees, as the Acting Head of Human Resource Management Office.
